COACHING IS NOT A REPLACEMENT FOR PSYCHOLOGICAL THERAPY, and any public or clientele interacting with "the Coaches" assumes FULL responsibility for seeking proper medical advice and assistance where necessary.

PRIVACY POLICY

Any personal data collected by this website (such as name, email, phone number, address, other personal details shared during coaching communication and activities, etc.) - or collected by "the Coaches" in general through other virtual or in-person interactions - is used to compile a targeted marketing list, to gauge public interest for future coaching offerings, to ease communication between "the Coaches" and interested public or clientele, and to perform coaching activities and studies. DATA COLLECTED IS NEVER SHARED with any third parties without the express [written] permission of the person who supplied the information. If, for any reason, the public or clientele wishes to have their data removed from "the Coaches" systems, they may request its removal at anytime, in writing, and it WILL be removed by "the Coaches," as allowable by law, within 90 business days. Exclusions for certain data removal may apply, where required in order for "the Coaches" to maintain business operations, such as: financial records, legal requirements, credential log books, continuity of sponsor or client services, long-term coaching studies, etc.

CONFIDENTIALITY

As entities associated with the International Coaching Federation ("ICF"), "the Coaches" adhere to strict ethical principles regarding confidentiality. While individual members of the public or clientele are free to share their own association with "the Coaches" with third parties, confidentiality prohibits "the Coaches" from sharing any personal data with any third parties without the express [written] permission of the person who supplied the information. This confidentiality takes place from the moment the public or a potential client first contacts "the Coaches," and continues in perpetuity. Further details of what types of information would be required to be shared with third parties, and under which specific circumstances (such as when required by legal subpoena, when very limited information is provided to corporate sponsors of an internal coaching program, or when tracking client hours for "ICF" credentialing), can be found in the Coaching Agreement that is signed once an official coaching arrangement with "the Coaches" has been undertaken.

USER CONDUCT

"The Coaches" exalt the importance of - and see the beauty in - diversity, and respect the unique intersectional experiences that occur due to the differences found in all corners of our shared world. "The Coaches" believe that all living things have an equal right to live their lives freely and happily, in the way that best suits them, so long as the expression of their rights doesn't infringe upon the rights of others. As such, active discrimination towards - and infringement upon the rights of - any other people or living beings will not be tolerated, and the persons committing these acts will be excluded/removed from coaching activities and events of "the Coaches," as determined at the sole discretion of "the Coaches," and will be ineligible for refunds.

Any public or clientele participating in group programs or activities are expected to respect common courtesy and adhere to confidentiality for their fellow group members. These expectations include such things as: no "yucking" someone else's "yum," balance participation and listening, behave kindly and without aggression or malice, make sure no unauthorized persons can overhear private group conversations, no recording or releasing any private information without the express [written] permission of all involved, etc. Any violations of these expectations, as determined at the sole discretion of "the Coaches," will result in the immediate removal of the person(s) at fault, and will render them ineligible for refunds.
